Women in HVACR pulled over 25,000 Google reviews from contractors and are going to take an in depth look at the good ones, the bad ones, and the ugly ones, to learn what this feedback can tell companies. Learn the best ways to collect more great reviews, a proactive strategy to prevent the bad ones, ways to encourage tech participation, and how to craft the best responses to the ugly ones.
