ST. PAUL, Minn. — Smart Care Equipment Solutions announced the promotion of Thomas McElwrath from district manager – Seattle/Portland to area manager – West. In this new role, McElwrath will oversee operations across the Western and Northwestern United States. As area manager, McElwrath will be working closely with his team of district managers, service managers, and technicians to grow Smart Care’s business in the Western US.
