Sealed Unit Parts Co. Inc. Acquires NAPCO Inc.
ALLENWOOD, N.J. — Sealed Unit Parts Co. Inc. announced that it reached an agreement to acquire National Appliance Parts Co. Inc. (NAPCO).
“This acquisition supports our commitment to offer value-driven product solutions to our wholesale customers, said SUPCO CEO Chris Mancuso. “By bundling these specialty parts orders with their other SUPCO Appliance and HVAC/R purchases, customers can order what they need without having to meet quantity, price or freight minimums.”
“Price, quality and availability has always been a top focus at NAPCO, and SUPCO shares in this mission,” said Carl Thweatt, president of NAPCO. “We are excited to see the NAPCO brand flourish and grow as a part of SUPCO.”
During the transition period, NAPCO customers should continue to use current ordering processes and support contacts until otherwise notified by SUPCO.
