LAS VEGAS — Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing announced that it has selected Kim Miramontes as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Miramontes has broad financial and operational experience in privately owned, PE backed, and public companies.  Working out of Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing’s Las Vegas headquarters, Miramontes has been successful in driving operational growth while creating transparency in financial and operating performance. She has also been a business owner and entrepreneur.

“Kim’s operational leadership and background make her an ideal fit to help Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing continue its growth trajectory and assist with the expansion into new markets,” said Ken Goodrich, CEO of Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. “Her experience as both a business owner and financial expert is a perfect fit for us.”

Miramontes’ background includes having provided financial and operational leadership to some of the world’s largest gaming and resort brands, including Wyndham, MGM Grand, and SHFL Entertainment.

Miramontes earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as well as an MBA from UNLV. She is also an associate certified coach from the International Coach Federation and a certified professional coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
