Trane Named America’s Most Trusted
The company has received this recognition for five consecutive years
DAVIDSON, N.C. — Trane® has been named the 2019 America’s Most Trusted HVAC system by Lifestory Research. The 2019 America’s Most Trusted is a study of more than 11,000 consumers actively shopping or considering a product, and who have formed an opinion of the brand. As a result, Trane has been recognized as the Most Trusted HVAC brand.
“Being named ‘America’s Most Trusted’ brand in the HVAC space for five years running is a major milestone for our legacy,” said Scott Ewald, brand manager for Trane. “We take pride in pushing boundaries to provide a best-in-class portfolio of HVAC systems, which is why we are extremely thankful to have received this prestigious accolade that truly validates the purpose of our brand.”
Lifestory’s evaluation process includes consumers detailing why they trust specific brands. Trust is calculated via the Lifestory Research Net Trust Quotient, in which a score of 100 is average for all brands included in the study. To be considered as a top candidate for recognition, a brand will need to receive enough survey responses to achieve a 95 percent confidence level. Once confidence levels are determined, survey results are compared with peer organizations of like size and complexity.
“Our research shows that brands such as Trane, who put people at the center of their businesses, are earning trust and are viewed as pillars of consumer confidence,” said Eric Snider, president of Lifestory Research. “Trane understands that trust is an integral part of conducting business, and for that reason has scored highly for five years in a row.”
