HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Superior Holding, Inc., announced that it will complete the full integration of its Richmond, Virginia-based English Boiler LLC, subsidiary into Hutchinson-based Superior Boiler. The Richmond and Hutchinson arms of the company both will now operate under the Superior Boiler name.

“This integration represents the completion of the next phase in our business strategy of joining the two entities together with a common brand and unified approach to marketing and business development,” said Doug Wright, CEO of Superior Boiler. “As a fully combined company, Superior Boiler supports the boiler industry – from commercial to industrial markets – with a complete and hard-to-match offering of quality manufactured products.”

Wright said the company’s Richmond location will continue to focus primarily on watertube boiler applications, and the Hutchinson location will focus on firetube boiler applications and ancillary boiler room equipment.

The integrated company has announced a new tagline, “Built to Outperform,” and a new logo.
