Industrial Climate Engineering: Cabinet Cooler Line

Company: Industrial Climate Engineering, a division of Airxcel™ Inc.
Product: ECUM Cabinet Cooler Air Conditioners
Description: These new units are primarily used to cool data centers, outdoor telecom cabinets, and electronic and mechanical equipment shelters (E-Houses). Due to the internal heat load, these cabinets require cooling even when outside temperatures are 60°F (15°C) and below. The units have the necessary controls and components for operation within these temperatures. Available as a -48 VDC powered air conditioner, 220 VAC powered air conditioner, and as a 220 VAC/-48 VDC powered air conditioner/heat exchanger combination unit, they are installed on an exterior door or wall of the cabinet. No interior space is required, and they feature an integral thermostat. Only a single opening is required for the conditioned (supply) air to be discharged into the cabinet and for the indoor air to return to the air conditioner.
