Description: This smart, electronic water leak monitoring, detection, and prevention system guards against property damaging infrastructure water source leaks in residential and commercial buildings. The product consists of two products that are maintenance-free and can be installed in less than an hour: the TripleGuard Smart for cloud-based monitored facility leak protection and the TripleGuard Active appliance lead shutoff, designed mainly for single-source protection such as water heaters. It will proactively stop water flow and subsequent property damage while also enabling the user with cloud-based control remotely or on-site via smartphones or the internet. It includes an actuator shutoff unit for the supply water line that is designed to withstand fully submersed natural flooding situations and in temperature extremes from minus 4° to 124°F (minus 20° to 51°C).
