ARLINGTON, Va. — ACCA announced the first public review of BSR/ACCA 11 Manual Zr - 201x (Residential Zoning) and will accept comments until Jan. 15, 2018.

Manual Zr defines the requirements for designing zoned comfort systems for residential living space, including single-family detached structures that have one or more residential comfort systems and multifamily attached structures that have separate comfort systems for each dwelling unit. Multifamily attached structures include duplexes, triplexes, town houses, row houses, and small- to medium-size condominiums three stories or less.
