Geary Pacific Acquires HVAC Supply of Denver
DENVER — California-based Geary Pacific Supply announced its acquisition of Denver's HVAC Supply following a long-term business relationship that paved the way to their joining forces. Both firms specialize in supplying contractors of all sizes engaged in the residential and light commercial HVAC business.
“Sal D’Alessandro, president of HVAC Supply, and I have been friends and business associates for more than 15 years,” said Layne Miller, CEO of Geary Pacific. “Throughout our relationship, it became obvious that combing the two firms would assure us, our employees, customers, and manufacturers a bright future for decades to come. We have no plans to change staff or locations and HVAC Supply will keep its name and identity.”
“We feel that our two companies are a perfect fit,” D’Alessandro said. “Layne and his company provide us a unique opportunity to continue our growth and success while immediately expanding our geographic area of service. I have the utmost respect for Layne and his team. The result of our two firms coming together will be even better customer service, and additional services, for our customers. We couldn’t be more pleased.”
