Description: This model can be specified with either a Vari-Green® EC (electronically commutated) motor with a speed control dial for single-phase motor applications or a NEMA premium efficiency motor with a factory-mounted variable frequency drive (VFD). Quick-connect terminal blocks and the prewired and preprogrammed VFD make startup quick and easy, and test and balance is simple, as fan speed can be adjusted with the touch of a button. It features galvanized or painted construction with a bolted frame and a backward-inclined centrifugal wheel. The direct-drive construction eliminates belts and bearings, so less maintenance is required. Model USFD-100 has capacities of 200 to 6500 cfm and up to 3.0 inches of water column, which can accommodate light duty commercial and institutional ventilation.
