One Rock Capital Partners Completes Acquisition of Robertshaw
One Rock Capital Partners LLC announced that one of its affiliates has completed the previously announced acquisition of Robertshaw Holdings S.a.r.l. ("Robertshaw").
Headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, Robertshaw serves its customer base through manufacturing, R&D, and distribution facilities in 11 countries around the world.
One Rock managing partner R. Scott Spielvogel commented, "Robertshaw is an industry leader with a strong reputation in the market and proven commitment to its customers. The One Rock team is excited to work alongside Robertshaw's outstanding management team to build upon the company's success."
CEO Mark L. Balcunas will continue to lead the company and stated, "We are excited about our new partnership with One Rock.
