Industry veteran reveals selling secrets
LEWISVILLE, Texas — Service World Expo officials announced that Bill Ligon, industry veteran, will speak at the conference on “Selling In the Replacement Market.”
“Bill Ligon has an irrevocable set of skills in the sales world. I challenge anyone to not be captivated by this presentation,” said David Heimer, Service World’s chief of operations officer. Ligon is going to share the unfailing secrets of selling in the replacement market, such as earning the customers trust and learning how consumers make buying decisions.
Having been in the HVAC industry his entire life, Ligon’s first love is selling. He acquired a reputation in his hometown for what he called “feet under the kitchen table” selling. One of his competitors stated it this way: “If Bill’s car was there, I figured I might as well keep on driving because he was going to get the job!” His workshops are known for turning non-sales types into real sales people.
