Company wins Magento's 2017 Imagine Excellence Award for Best B2B Customer Experience

The Imagine Excellence Award for Best B2B Customer Experience is awarded to the brand that offers the absolute best self-serve user interface that focuses on the distinctive needs of commercial, industrial, or wholesale customers. The judges recognized the CE technology platform for its beautiful design, an exceptional user experience, and an innovative approach to the way CE does business.
CE partnered with Perficient Digital to create a highly interactive and user-friendly website that provides a comprehensive source of information and technology tools for the HVACR professional. The site features a part finder tool, real time pricing and inventory lookup, warranty research and processing, and a complete document library. These tools, paired with an efficient, flexible ordering process, ensures timely delivery of products for HVACR contractors to allow them to run their businesses more efficiently.

The results of the platform were seen immediately with dramatically increased visits to the site and a huge increase in online sales. Within nine months of launching the website, online sales increased from 5 percent to more than 10 percent of total sales. Daily online sales continue to rise, and online transactions have tripled.
