SARASOTA, Fla. — Wentzel’s, a family-run heating, air conditioning, electrical, and insulation provider, announced that it is consolidating its operations in a new, larger space in Sarasota.

After operating three divisions in separate locations, Wentzel’s is combining them all under one roof — a 25,000-square-foot-facility at 51 Alafia Drive in Sarasota, Fla, said owner Teddy Wentzel Jr.

“Over the past four years, the company has grown into three divisions — HVAC, electrical, and insulation services for both commercial and residential properties,” he said. “I felt the need to build one large, commercial building that would consolidate our ‘Wentzel Team’ to better serve the local community.”

Consolidating their operations could also save customers money in the long run, Wentzel said.

“Now I can purchase large quantities of product directly from the manufacturers, which, in turn, saves time and cuts costs that we pass on to our customers,” he explained.

It also allows Wentzel’s to offer competitive pricing, faster response times, and, as always, excellent customer service, he said.

The new two-story facility features offices on the second floor, enough work space for the 50-member Wentzel’s team, and a large training and conference room. But the real attraction is its new, ground-floor showroom.

“We wanted a space where our customers could experience all of our HVAC, electrical, and insulation products, and learn about our services in a comfortable and welcoming environment,” Wentzel said.

Wentzel’s has been serving the Sarasota area’s HVAC needs since 1959. Teddy Wentzel Jr. began working for his father at age 15 and later opened his own company, known today as Wentzel’s Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.
