GDI Integrated Facility Services Names Senior VP/CFO
Stéphane Lavigne is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience
LASALLE, Quebec — GDI Integrated Facility Services Inc. has announced the appointment of Stéphane Lavigne, CPA, as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Lavigne was most recently with IPL Inc., where he occupied the positions executive vice president and CFO from July 2014 to July 2015 and president and CEO following the sale of the company from August 2015 to October 2015.
Prior to IPL, Lavigne held the position of senior vice president, corporate business development and M&A from January 2014 to June 2014 and vice president, strategic initiatives, finance & IT from June 2012 to December 2013 with Superior Energy Group, a subsidiary of Superior Plus Corp. He joined Supremex Inc. in 1991 and occupied various positions including vice president and CFO from January 2006 to May 2012. Lavigne started his career with KPMG in 1988.
