GLENDALE, Calif. — ServiceTitan — a provider of cloud-based business management software for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies — along with Service Roundtable — a best-practice industry organization for HVAC, electrical, solar, and plumbing business owners — raised $10,000 via a fundraising partnership with the Joseph Groh Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides financial support to people associated with the construction and HVAC trades who are living with life-altering disabilities.

For every Service Roundtable member who signed up with ServiceTitan in April or May, the company donated $1,000 to the Joseph Groh Foundation.

Joseph Groh was employed for 35 years in the HVAC industry until becoming a quadriplegic following a bicycle accident in 2008.

“Since 2010, the Joseph Groh Foundation has made life-changing grants to 33 recipients with items ranging from handicapped vehicles to rehabilitative equipment,” said Ara Mahdessian, cofounder and CEO of ServiceTitan. “Joseph is an inspiration to all of us who know him and his work, and we are proud to help drive support for this cause.”

“It’s great to see new sponsors like ServiceTitan,” said Groh. “As word of our foundation grows, so do the requests for assistance. We are unique in that we are the only foundation that provides 100 percent of its grants to individuals connected with the trades. The grants have a very meaningful impact on the recipients we have been fortunate to fund.”

The companies that participated in ServiceTitan’s fundraising effort include Ace Pelizon Plumbing, Covina, California; Air Solutions Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Sand Springs, Oklahoma; Anyzek Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Gloucester City, New Jersey; Auchinachie Services, Binghamton, New York; Bailey’s Comfort Services, Augusta, Georgia; Commonwealth Cooling & Heating, Lorton, Virginia; Epic Services, Pearland, Texas; J&W Heating and Air, Jacksonville, Florida; Quinn’s Plumbing and Heating, Morinville, Alberta, Canada; and Service Professionals, Union, New Jersey.
