The Air Movement and Control Association (AMCA) Intl. Inc. appointed C.K. So (pictured right), head of department, GTG Industries Sdn. Bhd. (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), to its board of directors.

The U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Building Technologies Office selected The Institute for Market Transformation (Washington, District of Columbia), Ecotope Inc. (Seattle), and The New Buildings Institute (Portland, Oregon) to receive a total of $3.7 million to study the effects of improving the implementation of commercial building energy codes.
