Description: The natural gas or LP-fired unit offers a 0.96 EF (energy factor) stainless steel heat exchanger and full 10:1 modulation. It is available in a 199-MBtuh size and produces a plentiful supply of domestic hot water to meet the needs of modern homes. The condensing heat exchanger features a self-cleaning design that allows condensate to flow along the tube walls and out through a condensate collection system. Uniform heat distribution also reduces stress points in the heat exchanger. The product includes an advanced control system; primeless condensate trap; zero clearance installation; and venting up to 100 feet in polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC), or polypropylene.
