SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Cooper Oates Air Conditioning (COAC), a mechanical contractor serving northern California, has announced the appointment of James Biagioni as general manager, Service Division. Biagioni will be responsible for all operational aspects of the Service Division. Most recently, he was the senior facility supervisor for all of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory’s 103 buildings.

Ruzwa Cooper, COAC’s president, said, “We are very fortunate to have James join our team. His 30+ years of mechanical service experience and advanced skill set will enhance the delivery of our service and expedite the skill development of our technicians. James’ demonstrated professionalism, leadership, and diverse experience will allow us to build our ability to engage in a broader and more complex range of work for commercial building owners, property managers, and tenants.”

As COAC’s service area expands through Redding to Fresno, and from the Sierra foothills to the East Bay, Biagioni will be tasked with delivering 24/7 service to the company’s spectrum of clients throughout this region.
