TDIndustries Named to 2016 Fortune ‘100 Best Companies to Work For’ List

Employee-owned company gets 19th year of recognition

DALLAS — For the 19th consecutive year, TDIndustries has made the “100 Best Companies to Work For®” list by Fortune magazine. Ranking No. 65, TDIndustries also has the distinction of making the list every year since the award’s inception in 1998 — only a few other companies still remain on the list.

TDIndustries said it is honored to be a continued recipient of the award, once again being selected among thousands of companies who underwent the rigorous consideration process. The application consists of an employee survey and an in-depth questionnaire about the company’s programs, practices, and culture. Great Place to Work® evaluates each application received using its own methodology based on five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
