Description: Select Start starter boxes are designed to allow the user to field select 208-, 240-, 480-, or 575-V charges based on application needs. The starter boxes utilize a wide-angle float switch or pressure switch to activate the self-protected combination controller to turn the motor on and off. The adjustable motor overload covers a wide amp range and allows for easy adjustment of motor overload current. The multi-tap transformer (208-/240-/480-V primary) provides 120-vac control voltage (no multi-tap transformer on 575 V). Models with and without a through-door pump disconnect are available. Models without a disconnect are housed in a thermoplastic indoor/outdoor enclosure. Models with disconnect are housed in a Type 3R steel indoor/outdoor enclosure. Terminal blocks provide easy wiring of incoming power, motor, and float/pressure switch connections.
