DETROIT — On Controls, a provider of cloud-based smart home and commercial control solutions for professional installers, has announced the addition of Cool Automation to its Partners in Control cooperative program. The Partners in Control program was created to achieve seamless compatibility between the On Controls platform and an array of connected device manufacturers from related residential market applications including HVAC.

Cool Automation specializes in the development, manufacture, and supply of control and gateway solutions for HVAC systems. Cool Automation’s flagship products, CoolMasterNet and CooLinknet, integrate with variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and split HVAC systems to control and monitor essential system parameters. They provide integrators with a plug-and-play solution while bringing homeowners ease of use and comfort. “Cool Automation is glad for the collaboration with On Controls that has resulted in compatibility with the On Controls automation platform,” said Ofer Ben-Nathan, Cool Automation sales and marketing manager. “I am confident that by adding the interface for Cool Automation’s integration and control solutions, On Control’s professional integrators will find it much easier to connect with HVAC systems, especially the more complex solutions like VRF and split types from leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, and others.”

“On Controls is pleased to bring compatibility with Cool Automation’s solutions to our network of professional integrators,” said Jeff Skalny, On Controls director of control. “We anticipate that compatibility with Cool Automation will increase efficiency and profitability for integrators when interfacing the On Controls automation platform with HVAC systems.”
