ARLINGTON, Va. — ACCA announced it has received approval for Ohio Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) for its in-person residential and commercial Design for Quality Installation Courses. Participants can earn 24 CEUs for successfully completing each course.

To receive credits towards one or both of these courses, HVAC contractors must bring their Ohio state license number with them to the course and provide it to ACCA. Upon successful completion of the course, ACCA will submit the information to the Ohio State Licensing Board to apply the credits.

“ACCA strives to provide contractors with the training they need to be successful in their business,” said Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA president and CEO. “By working with Ohio to get these two courses approved for CEUs we are helping our contractors meet their licensing requirements through programs that will help them be more professional and grow our industry.”

ACCA’s Residential and Commercial Design for Quality Installation Courses are also approved for North American Technician Excellence (NATE) CEUs, and the residential course is approved for Building Performance Institute Inc. (BPI) CEUs.
