Customer: Procter & Gamble Warehouse
Installation: Twenty-eight-thousand feet of pipe in a warehouse facility designed to cover nearly 39 acres (roughly 30 football fields).
Completion: August 2014
Objective: Equip Procter & Gamble’s Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, warehouse with 28,000 feet of pipe using the Viega ProPress and Viega MegaPress mechanical pipe connection system.
Work Completed: Installation of the mechanical pipe connection system, as well as all the gas, water, air, and sanitary systems for the facility. The 1.7 million-square-foot facility includes a 30,000-square-foot office served by Energy Star-rated heat pump systems. The warehouse features Cambridge heating units.
