The jerseys of Brandon Marshall, Michael Jordan, and Bobby Hull don the walls of the Chicago Sports Museum. From Harry Carey to Walter Payton to Sammy Sosa to Michael Jordan, the deepest of Chicago’s sports roots were on display as Bell & Gossett, a Xylem company, hosted its hospitality event at Chicago’s Sports Museum, Monday evening, during the 2015 AHR Expo.

While attendees reminisced of Sosa’s 66 home runs in 1998 or the time M.J. scored 69 points against the Cavs in 1990, the real focus remained on HVAC innovation. Bell & Gossett reps shared news of their energy-saving system solutions for HVAC and plumbing applications in commercial buildings.

The POWER OF e emphasizes Bell & Gossett’s priority on reducing building energy consumption. The Efficiency Island concept is a critical element of the POWER OF e, highlighting Xylem’s design for improved overall system energy savings over a broader range of system conditions, including the company’s e-range pumps.

“Our new product designs address customer needs for products that help them achieve greater overall system efficiency,” said Mark Handzel, vice president of product regulatory affairs and director of HVAC commercial buildings. “Our goal is to help engineers design efficient systems by taking a highly integrated approach. All of our products take into account how all the components in the system impact each other.”
