The Heil Observer Communicating Wall Control with zoning capabilities now manages individual zone airflow, temperature, humidification, dehumidification, ventilation, and IAQ in up to six zones. Accessories include remote sensors, actuators, and a selection of dampers for a wide range of applications. With its touchscreen interface, intuitive programming, and how-to prompts, the control makes it easy to set up a zoned HVAC system, said the company. There are no dual inline package (DIP) switches to set, further reducing the steps in the installation process. The Smart Recovery feature ensures each room is at the desired temperature when occupants arrive home. This feature ensures each zoned area reaches the selected temperature setting at the proper time by starting the system before the scheduled temperature change.
