GEO recently convened its biannual election of officers. The board unanimously elected Smith as chairman, Keith Swilley of Gulf Power/Southern Co. as vice chairman, Phil Schoen of Geo-Enterprises as secretary/treasurer, and Doug Dougherty as president.
