DOE Seeks Committee Members for Regional Standards Enforcement

Deadline for Negotiating a Proposed Rule is Oct. 30

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Energy issued a pre-publication Federal Register notice of intent to establish a regional standards enforcement working group to negotiate a notice of proposed rulemaking (NOPR) for regional standards enforcement.

Written comments and request to be appointed as members of the working group should be submitted within 14 days after the date of publication. The deadline for negotiating a proposed rule is Oct. 30.
