The AR12HSFSHWK/CV split system’s new triangle design has a wider inlet so more air can be drawn in. The improved width and angle of its outlet, extra V-blades, and a bigger fan ensure air is delivered faster and farther, the company said. The unit also has a Wi-Fi option, where the system can be controlled via an Internet-connected smartphone from virtually anywhere (the smartphone must be connected to the Internet). The mini split is self-diagnostic with multiple error codes. It has start-up diagnostic tools to make sure installation was successful. The air filter can be cleaned with a vacuum without removing the front panel. Features include a cooling capacity of 13.65 MBtuh, 3.76 coefficient of performance (COP), 9.5 HSPF, 22 SEER, and 13.64 EER.
