• Burnham Holdings Inc. (Lancaster, Pa.) announced net sales of $190.2 million in 2013, a net income of $5.3 million, and year-end debt of $6.9 million, the lowest in 15 years.

• Gentherm (Northville, Mich.) reported a revenue increase of 19 percent to $662.1 million in 2013.
