SANTA ANA, Calif. — ePIPE®, a leader in in-place epoxy pipe lining, and SageWater®, a pipe replacement specialist, have announced a nationwide affiliate agreement. The two companies have teamed to cooperatively offer the commercial and multifamily markets their solutions for rehabilitating or replacing piping systems, including potable, hydronic, fire sprinkler, and waste/vent systems.

Both epoxy lining and conventional pipe replacement are viable options for solving piping issues such as pinhole leaks and corrosion in piping systems. In some cases, a hybrid process, consisting of both repiping and epoxy lining, can be the most cost effective option for rehabilitating piping systems. This hybrid approach allows ePIPE and SageWater to team up and work together using their respective expertise on projects in order to provide the most cost effective and least disruptive approach for customers.

Both ePIPE and SageWater have minimally disruptive approaches and same day return to service programs. This approach aims to keep occupants in their properties throughout the course of the process, minimizing downtime.

Larry Gillanders, ePIPE CEO, said, “This agreement allows us to stay focused on the needs of the customer and provide innovative and comprehensive solutions for piping problems.”
