“Receiving the award makes me speechless,” said Rusty Cochran, owner, We Care. “What an honor this award truly is for our company. The company, which opened in 2000, has seen rapid but sustainable growth every year since 2007. They credit their double-digit growth each year to ACCA’s QI standard, becoming quality assured (QA) accredited, and having a team that is well-trained and focused on doing what is best for customers. To remain competitive in its market, the company has taken training beyond just sales, technical skills, and customer service to a full-blown career development program that encourages all team members to not only grow professionally, but personally, as well.

Commercial Contractor of the Year

Haller’s business strategy of creating partnerships within the industry, its company, and its community helped set it apart from the other finalists.
