Nexstar Legacy Foundation Launches Website
Site Provides Information About Careers in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Trades
MINNEAPOLIS — The Nexstar Legacy Foundation launched its Explore the Trades website, which is geared toward inspiring young people to pursue a career in the plumbing, heating, cooling, or electrical (PHCE) service industry.
The site can be found at www.explorethetrades.org.
The website was designed to help individuals, ages 16 to 25, who are interested in learning about a career in the PHCE service industry by providing information on certification processes, training opportunities, job opportunities, and work conditions. In addition, the foundation will be disseminating tools and information to many high schools and technical schools nationwide that promote careers in the trades.
