The SCM4 carbon monoxide detector from Fieldpiece Instruments includes a field replaceable smart sensor that’s fast enough for walk-around tests. Visual and audio alerts increase proportionally in frequency as the concentration of CO increases. CO levels are displayed from 0 to 1,000 ppm. For added visibility there is a bright blue backlight. The ergonomic shape and rubber boot make it easy to hold and tough enough for HVAC field service.
