Designed for smaller residential applications with up to 1.5 bathrooms, the E50C Condensing Combi Boiler has been added to the E Series. The boiler can be used for home-heating and water-heating needs. It requires fewer pumps and no primary-secondary piping for common installations. It has a rating of 95.6 percent AFUE. Compatible with a ½-inch gas line, the E50C boiler can be fueled by natural gas or propane, has an input range of 13,600-50,000 Btu, and requires a minimum gas pressure of 3-inch water column (wc). The units are hung on the wall, offering additional space savings and installation flexibility. Features include a proprietary stainless steel heat exchanger and approval for venting lengths to 200 equivalent feet. The units comply with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) low-NOx requirements.
