The DuroDrive Link-v-Belt puts the ability to reduce vibration into a service tech’s toolbox, said the company. The belt can be used in HVAC, power transmissions, conveying, pumps, fans, motors, compressors, etc. Due to its tightly reinforced composite construction, the belt is highly resistant to oils, grease, water, temperature variations, and other environmental items that could shorten the life of a v-belt. According to the manufacturer, the belt can be quickly and easily made to the correct length from a standard belt coil without the use of tools and with no machinery teardown. Various belt widths and lengths are available.
