Modular, the AirCell is a compact, high-efficiency hydronic air handler for commercial and residential applications. The micro-zone design creates multiple, precise self-controlled areas to reduce energy and fuel usage. The air handler allows for refrigerants to remain outside of the building, cooling or heating the water that ultimately travels through the system. AirCell uses variable-speed fans and an integrated control system that automatically slows fan speeds during off-peak times, reducing overall energy usage. Coupled with flexible, 2-inch ductwork, the air handler can be installed easily into new construction and is ideal for integration into existing buildings, removing the need for costly renovations, said the manufacturer.
