Quickly manufactured to precise specifications, Filter Curbs offer additional filter capacity for rooftop units. The curbs feature all-welded construction, factory-insulated walls, integral filter rack, and access door for servicing filters. Options include a built-in roof pitch, extra height for installation of sound traps beneath the unit, and a pressure-treated wood nailer. Most curbs are shipped fully assembled. Each one is custom-manufactured due to the varying specifications of rooftop units and roof configurations. Delivery of curbs is usually within two weeks after the order is received. Most Filter Curbs are shipped to the job site in one piece, if trucking permits. If a curb is not shippable as one piece, the number of pieces is kept to a minimum.
