NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Total HVAC has been recognized for the company’s continuing support of employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve with the presentation of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) Seven Seals Award. The award was presented to owner Homayoun Aminmadani and company president Stanley Dotson.

Total HVAC was nominated by Robert Hosseini, the manager of the mechanical section of the business. Hosseini also serves in the Tennessee Air National Guard where he holds the rank of chief master sergeant. Hosseini stated in his nomination, “Total HVAC employs three National Guard members and we have been deployed on numerous occasions for periods of three to eight months at a time. They [Total HVAC] have been very supportive of us and our families. There has never been a question or concern about having our positions back upon returning from deployment.”

Total HVAC has previously been awarded the ESGR Patriotic Employer Award and the ESGR Above and Beyond Award.

ESGR, a Department of Defense office, seeks to foster a culture in which all employers support and value the employment and military service of members of the National Guard and Reserve in the United States. For more information about ESGR Outreach Programs, visit www.esgr.mil.
