The Reznor VC Series can provide heating in harsh/damp environments. It is a stainless steel heater that can withstand the humid conditions in a wastewater treatment plant, car wash, swimming pool, greenhouse, or outdoor areas. With this product, hotels can now provide heat at their entryways or taxi stands, and restaurants can heat their outdoor patios or waiting areas. Available with single-stage heating or two-stage heating, the VC Series can provide the right amount of heat when and where it is needed. The air and fuel flows are modulated simultaneously to maximize the radiant efficiency at low fire. It has an IPX5 rating. If natural gas or propane isn’t available, an electric unit heater (Model EWHB) can be selected. The electric unit heater is also constructed from stainless steel to withstand humid environments. It can be suspended from the ceiling or can be wall mounted to provide heat where it is needed.
