According to the manufacturer, because the rooftop units eliminate the need for an adapter curb in many replacement jobs, it allows installers to utilize existing utility connections. The units have a thorough component inspection that includes a 200-point quality check and a rigorous in-factory run-testing regimen. Warranties offered on the Z Series rooftop unit include a 10-year limited warranty of the aluminized gas heat exchanger, a five-year limited warranty on the compressor, a three-year limited warranty on the Eco-Last™ Coil System, and a one-year limited warranty on all covered components.
