The air conditioner is currently available in 2-, 2.5-, and 3-ton sizes. The louvered condenser guard is made of durable metal to protect the unit from yard hazards and extreme weather. The removable top-grille assembly allows ease of service from the top without disconnecting fan motor leads. The unit uses R-410A refrigerant. Features include a composite base pan, which absorbs sound and resists corrosion; liquid-line filter drier; and easy compressor and controls access, for contractor servicing. The high-pressure switch protects against abnormally high system pressures and the low-pressure switch offers loss-of-charge protection; both switches have an auto-reset feature.
