HVACR installer Paul Quinn accepts first-place award

GREENSBORO, N.C. — At the North Carolina State Fair, HVACR apprentices recently competed in one of five trade-skills contests sponsored by the North Carolina Department of Labor and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.
