Nov. 9, 2012: AHR Expo Innovation Award Winners Are Announced

WESTPORT, Conn. — Winners of the 2013 AHR Expo Innovation Awards have been announced. Representing a broad cross-section of the HVACR market, the winning entries were selected in 10 categories and represent the most innovative new products among the thousands that will be displayed at the International Air-Conditioning, Heating, Refrigerating Exposition (AHR Expo), scheduled for Jan. 28-30, 2013 at the Dallas Convention Center.

The Innovation Awards are jointly sponsored by ASHRAE; the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI); and the International Exposition Co. (IEC), producers and organizers of the AHR Expo.

A panel of judges made up of ASHRAE members evaluated the products submitted based on innovation, application, value to the user, and market impact. The 2013 AHR Expo Innovation Award winners by category are:
