• Lennox International Inc. (Dallas) reported that 2012 second quarter revenues registered at $934 million, up 2 percent from the prior-year quarter. At constant currency, revenue was up 4 percent.
• Flowserve Corp. (Dallas) announced that second quarter 2012 earnings per share rose 12.5 percent to $1.98, with bookings reaching $1.21 billion in the second quarter of 2012.
