A line of packaged terminal air conditioners (PTACs) are designed to offer reliability, quality, and comfort for consumers who are the end users of traditional PTAC applications, including hotels and motels, senior care facilities, dormitories, military housing, and some residential applications. Features include an attractive digital thermostat module that can be either wall mounted or left in the unit, an intelligent control board, easy-access cleanable filters, and an aesthetically pleasing cabinet design that fits well in any application. The PTACs have a separate indoor and outdoor motor design and Energy Efficiency up to 12.1 EER. All units meet the new 2012 DOE PTAC efficiency requirements. Haier’s universal 16- by 42-inch chassis fits all sleeves, and units also feature built-in self-diagnostics, room freeze protection, and are front desk control-compatible.
