INDIANAPOLIS — The Dwyer Group launched a 2012 scholarship program for employees at its 2011 Annual Reunion and 30th anniversary celebration at the J.W. Marriott in Indianapolis.

To mark its 30th anniversary, the company accepted applications to grant 30 scholarships worth $1,500 to eligible full-time employees of The Dwyer Group and full-time employees of franchisees who are planning to enroll or are enrolled in coursework at certain undergraduate, graduate, and trade schools. Eligible candidates had to be continuously employed by the company for a minimum of two years.

“For employees needing financial assistance in order to obtain their educational goals, we wanted to take the opportunity to honor them and their hard work,” said Dina Dwyer-Owens, chairwoman and CEO of The Dwyer Group. “The Dwyer Group’s hope is that these scholarships will help build talent, knowledge, and skills that we value.”
