SAN ANTONIO — The Unified Group hosted its 14th Service Management Forum, Jan. 22-25. The three-day session focused on leadership, people skills, improving operational efficiency, and sales and client retention. The 63 attending members conversed about field automation, using financial data to make solid business decisions, and best safety practices during panel discussions.
