A line of high-efficiency filter media is available. It’s called the FlexFilter™ because it’s flexible, expanding to various sizes to accommodate most media air cleaner cabinets. It ships completely collapsed into a space approximately 5 by 5 by 20 inches. On the job, it quickly flexes to 16 or 20 inches, depending on the dimensions of the media being replaced. The entire process takes only seconds, so the contractor can change the filter quickly and move on to the next phase of the service call. According to the manufacturer, it has developed seven models that replace 27 of the most popular filter models on the market. The FlexFilter is easy for the distributor to stock and display, and the filters are color-coded for easy selection by the contractor. The company provides an attractive end cap display and an easy-to-use product selection grid. All FlexFilters utilize MERV 11 media.
